Order Cancellations:
While we typically do not accept returns, you have the flexibility to cancel your custom sex doll order within 24 hours of placement.

Cancellation Fee: A 20% fee is applied for cancellations, as manufacturing typically begins shortly after order placement. We offer an 80% refund within this 24-hour window. Unfortunately, cancellations are not possible after 24 hours.

Doll Modifications After Order Placement:
We encourage you to review your order carefully before submission. Modifications are possible within the first 12 hours for a one-time fee of $79.00.
